Due to the nature of limited and pre-order releases, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the issue. Items must be unused and in original condition.

When will I get my order?
As soon as you order, you will receive an order number and confirmation. Then you will get a shipping number to track your order.
Standard shipping usually takes up to 10 days, while express shipping usually takes up to 3 days. Pre-orders can take up to 28 days depending on the product and shipping location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Designed in Brisbane, Australia, we aim to carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
